Red Bridge was founded in 2005 by John Heidenry and Peter Slifirski.

 

We are a boutique home builder specializing in luxury, high-quality new construction homes in prime Hoboken locations.

 

Since our inception, we have completed over twenty innovative, successful projects and pride ourselves on the quality of our work and satisfaction of our buyers. In particular, we focus on larger units with superior soundproofing, high-end finishes and the provision of outdoor space. The majority of our units are sold pre-construction giving our buyers the opportunity to customize certain finishes, fixtures and even floor layouts in their new homes.

 

We are a local Hoboken business with an office at 200 Garden Street. Hoboken is a wonderful place to live and it is our hope that our clients put down roots here and come to love our city as much as we do.
